What is the purpose of the study?
The purpose of this study is to validate a conceptual framework of trust for the AEC industry. The framework categorizes trust into three dimensions: People-Based, System-Based, and Environment-Based.
What will I be asked to do?
You will be asked to answer a few brief questions related to your background. Next, you will be asked to rate each identified type of trust based on how important and relevant it is to the AEC industry.
How do I participate?
If you wish to participate, please complete and submit the questionnaire.
What if I want to stop participating?
You are under no obligation to participate, and if you choose not to participate, you may refuse to submit the questionnaire.
Will my answers be kept confidential?
The surveys are entirely anonymous, and we do not request any personal identifying information. The only people who will have access to the research data are the principal investigator, Zeina Malaeb, and the faculty supervisor, Dr. Farook Hamzeh.
